It is important we understand the potential impacts of those hazards and have thought about how we will look after each other and ourselves when this happens.

This community meeting is being organised by the Marewa-Napier South Community Resilience Planning Team; a group of local people collaborating with Civil Defence to enable us to look after ourselves before, during, and after an emergency.

Recent events highlight the need for us to be prepared. Please support this very important initiative - come along to the meeting and bring your friends and neighbours too.
