Hi everyone.
Is anyone heading towards Pukekohe on the 20th Dec?
I am needing a ride as I will be visiting my invalid mother who's in a home.
I can take a bus, but it takes ages!
Thanks
Luana from Mayfair

(Just around the corner from Heretaunga Street East, beside Stanton Print) They had beautiful table cloths and evening bags plus lots of clothing. Not sure of their opening days and hours, but well worth a look if you are keen to find a treasure. They also had children's clothing for $1 per item, but not sure if this is still running.

Apparently someone lost the OPEN sign, and instead of putting the little hand made sign over the big CLOSED sign, some numpty decided to put it at the bottom of the new Village Pools sign, so no one could see it.
It did make for a not too crowded swim this afternoon, when we finally figured out they were open.
I feel sorry for all the people who didn’t realise, and ended up going home when they saw the Closed sign. We passed a few looking hot and miserable, going the other way.

The series is titled, "Good Grief! With Rhonda At Your Service". Each programme will have a person to honour and the programme will be dedicated to them. They will all be people who have lived in Hawke's Bay. Have some great guest speakers lined up to join me and the content of each show will be jam-packed with nuggets of GOLD.
Wish me luck!
If anyone has any advice or wants me to try to include anything in particular, please let me know. I will do my best. Huge thanks to Radio Kidnappers for the opportunity!
Hope you all have a good day.
Kind regards
