That's why we asked Quotable Value's general manager David Nagel to join us for a live Q&A to help answer your property questions.
We had a huge response, so if you sent in a question or dropped in for the chat, thank you. If you missed it, you can still check out the recap, here.

Let’s be kind and remember these small food businesses all over Hawke’s Bay who are relying on us for support. Pass the word: support our local small food producers!
And if you’re in Napier this weekend grab a treat from Donut Robot!

The sleepless nights will end.
They will eventually get potty-trained.
You will miss their pudgy little baby feet.
They will test your patience and you will cry at times, but it will get better.
Teenagers are trying to be independent but they still need you.
You will be both happy and yet profoundly sad when they leave home.
Adult children will amaze you and when they become parents they will thank you for all that you did.
Grandchildren are the best thing ever.
You get to relive being a parent but you also get to sleep.
Enjoy every minute when your children are young, for the days are long but the years are short💚💚💚💚💚💚

The change to our new collection system and contractors has been interrupted by COVID-19 but we are pleased to be able to start to bring services back - see link at end of post for more information.
• KERBSIDE COLLECTION of plastic and cans for recycling will resume on July 1. Glass, paper and cardboard collections continues as normal.
• RECYCLING STATIONS for plastic, cans, glass, cardboard, and paper open at Henderson Rd and Blackbridge Transfer Stations today – Bookings essential. Martin Place remains closed while we work through safety issues given this site has potential for large numbers to congregate.
• RURAL RECYCLING – Staged roll out with bins back at Tutira, Poukawa, and Mararekakaho from this Saturday, May 23. Bins planned to be installed at Waimarama and Pukehamoana at the beginning of next week.
The rollout of the new black recycling crates is continuing and by July 1 serviced households should have the three crates as well as a 120 litre wheelie bin for general rubbish.
