Then I was introduced to a Graeme Dingle Foundation programme for young people that need a boost in life. It helped me build my self-confidence and social skills. We were paired with a mentor, my mentor Tony believed in me like no one else. Because of him I stayed in school, went to university and now have a full time job.

Does anyone have a cash drawer I might borrow, for Saturday’s Re-New SustainableHB Market, and workshop and store opening?
I was offered one, a few weeks ago, but the person who offered has gone quiet, and not responded to my messages, and I don’t know where to get one locally.

I’ve tried ordering online, but next week is the soonest anyone can guarantee delivery. I just hope my eftpos arrives in time.

I have a young Indian Ringneck parakeet that needs a new home. She was aviary hatched and raised by her parents, so would suit another aviary with similar sized birds. She is not tame but can be trained, but it will take time and patience. She is white in colour and very cute. This Sunday we'll be putting our clocks back for the end of daylight saving. Despite the benefits of an extra hour of sun during daylight saving, these clock changes commonly bring disruptions to our households and sleep - some feel that it should be scrapped altogether. What do you think?
