**Cauliflower, Broccoli, Chicken Bake...**
I used a whole cauliflower washed and chopped in chunks not too big of chunks...sit aside..
Chop up bacon to your liking in chunks
Have about 6 thigh fillets season with cracked sea salt and cracked pepper sit aside..
Pan fry the bacon in a large Frypan add some crushed garlic and add your cauliflower.. stir around and cook for about 10 mins to help soften cauliflower...I added a bag of frozen broccoli ...Cooked for a little more then put in a baking pan add some salt pepper to season and pour a large cream over it mix thru.. put in oven to bake while you pan fry your seasoned chicken thighs cook nice and brown don't over cook...when cooked pull pan out mix veggie mix a bit..Then put some grated cheese,I used some parmesan, tasty and mozzarella mixed in a bowl first sprinkled on top leave a bit of cheese to go over the chicken you place on top.... bake at 160 untill veggies are soft and golden brown. If too saucy just drain a bit out before serving.. Enjoy and very simple ...Can add spinach if you like I garnished with spring onions after I put cheese on... Enjoy...
