Mullet net - 60 metres in length made by commercial flounder fisherman. Net is made with good used floats and leads.
Mesh size - 90mm or 3 & 5/8th inches mesh size, x 30 meshes deep. New mesh and ropes only used once. Excellent condition.
Also, with it, comes 2 new unslung lengths of mesh, enough to make 2 x 40-metre nets. Ph 078255232

Derelict Tokanui Hospital site in line for a clean-up
Derelict Tokanui Hospital buildings will be demolished and contaminated land cleaned up so the site can be offered back to iwi.
The former psychiatric hospital, southeast of Te Awamutu, sits on land taken from Ngāti Maniapoto under the Public Works Act in 1910.
