Have you seen this incredible video?

Georgia Reporter from Stuff

Wow, what a moon! Have you seen this time-lapse video yet? Local resident Tom Lee couldn't sleep from his jet-lag so instead he got out his camera and captured these images of the moon rising above Waikato.
Enjoy! 🌙 🌟

The fact that they are going to increase our rubbish charges so soon after changing to the user pay system is bad enough but they are intending to increase our water charges needs to be publicly addressed. They are saying there will be a period of " public information" basically to tell us what they are going to do and they intend to form a Watercare Services, presumably a Council controlled public company. In the only water charge account to date they have stated they intend to lock water in to rates, what rates was not stated. The original information sheet said they were not allowed by law to make a profit and nothing about being slammed for GST It is my belief that this council for some time has been riding rough shod over the townies and what I am wondering is there a desire with the rate payers to form a united Action group? cheers Brin
