February has shown that the property market is livening up with increasing buyer confidence pushing house prices over a milestone around the region.
According to realestate.co.nz, for the first time in a year, Waikato’s average asking price has tipped back into the $800,000 price bracket, while nationally over 12,000 new listings hit the market - the highest level since 2013.
