Couch 5 seater
This couch needs some TLC as it's bottom needs a repair. The covering and cushions etc are in good condition but showing some wear in a couple of places. The colour is chocolate brown, deeper than shown in the photos. Two chairs are movable which means it can be made into a corner suite. The material is plush and very soft to touch. If you would like this, you will need a good size trailer or large vehicle to fit it on. The two outside seats can stack onto the main seat. 5-seater piece. Derelict Tokanui Hospital site in line for a clean-up
Derelict Tokanui Hospital buildings will be demolished and contaminated land cleaned up so the site can be offered back to iwi.
The former psychiatric hospital, southeast of Te Awamutu, sits on land taken from Ngāti Maniapoto under the Public Works Act in 1910.
