The Council has a community responsiblty to the Public, but when one has a really good look out in the community you have to wonder who they are looking after. How many Alcohol Outlets do we need in One neighbourhood?
Claudelands Shopping Centre has two shops selling alcohol across the road from each other. With 7 other outlets close by. Not counting the Hamilton Cosmopolitan Club, and 2 local bars. Then there is only the bridge we are on Victoria St in town, all the bars, night club.
Now Claudelands is now in for another outlet.

I have been reading quite a bit regarding to those ventilation systems. There are few, but apparently those two are the top ones?
Would like to hear from your personal experience with one or other system. Thoughts?
