NZ Post Couriers

On Saturday we had a parcel which had been sent per NZ Post Couriers delivered to our letter box, not by NZ Post but by a person who had found it on the road a kilometre away! With it a note: Courier dropped on road, Homestead Place. I have tried to contact NZ Post Couriers per phone to no avail. I rang the 0800 number and was directed to a series of numbers, but nothing for complaints. I then tried their website and found a section for feedback. They said that they would not answer feedback but I decided to write something anyway but the comment box only allowed me to enter one line. Obviously they don't want complaints. I will in future not deal with NZ companies who intend to send my goods per NZ Post Couriers. Meanwhile, many thanks to the kind and honest person in Homestead Place who took the trouble to deliver the parcel.
