South Island property developers are planning on turning empty land on Te Rapa Rd into social housing.
Thirty five two bedroom and 18 one bedroom apartments will be built at the site of the former Te Rapa Motor Inn, which was sold for $5 million last June to Te Rapa Hamilton Development Limited.
