Super cute home, I'm looking for a flatmate.Small sized room in a nice area close to bus stop, Liquor shop, Indian takeaway & Dairy shop.
Pays rent on time and must clean after themselves. Generic rule. ????
Sorry No pets or smoker.
Preferably working.
Food is NOT included.
Room available for $180 per week and $10 on top for all the other bills
House is fully furnished, but rooms are not(Can be FURNISHED) or Bring your own bed.

Derelict Tokanui Hospital site in line for a clean-up
Derelict Tokanui Hospital buildings will be demolished and contaminated land cleaned up so the site can be offered back to iwi.
The former psychiatric hospital, southeast of Te Awamutu, sits on land taken from Ngāti Maniapoto under the Public Works Act in 1910.
