Thinking about Yoga

Dr Rachna Kumar from Ayuspa: Ayurveda, Beauty & Well-being

This course is specially designed with women in mind given the effect of hormonal changes, childbirth, and lifestyle we experience in our lifetime.
Basics and gentle sessions starting from Monday from 20th July from 9.30 am to 11 am and for those who can not attend mornings from 6 pm to 7.30 pm.
Booking essential, 10 weeks ($150) yoga sessions.

What to expect?
Increase tone: whole-body toning with special attention to the trunk and lower limbs
Learn to relax: The first thing we often forget while feeling stressed is to breathe. You will learn to relax as you practice our breathing exercises.
Find Harmony: Unlike gym where you improve physical fitness without focussing on relaxation or in meditation classes where the focus is on the mind, Ayuspa Patanjali style yoga will help you find harmony between your body and mind.
Over the course of 10 lessons, you will feel fitter, more relaxed, and be in harmony. Fitness, age, prior experience, health conditions are no barriers. We just need you and your motivation.
Wear loose clothing, bring a water bottle and a yoga mat jumper and a blank.
Yoga means union of body mind and soul. Explore, stretch, and build up your strength in these 10 weeks ($150) yoga sessions.

Poll: Are you a Te Huia fan?

Libby Totton Reporter from Waikato Times

All three Hamilton MPs appear to be united behind the retention of the Te Huia passenger rail service between Hamilton and Auckland, as well as potentially expanding it to Tauranga.

But whether Hamilton East’s Ryan Hamilton, Hamilton West’s Tama Potaka and soon-to-be Labour list MP Georgie Dansey have the combined power to shunt transport minister Chris Bishop and Prime Minister Christopher Luxon onto their line of thinking remains to be seen.

Are you a Te Huia fan? Tell us more in the comments (adding NFP if you don't want your words used in print).
