Police are considering if fugitive Tom Phillips has had a 'falling out' with supporters
The manager of the store allegedly hit by fugitive Tom Philips has revealed more detail of what happened on the night.
The Piopio Superette store manager, who did not want to be named, told Stuff that the pair came in around the back of his building through a small section of wooden fence between buildings.
