A feisty Hillcrest resident is demanding action after she was bowled by a car, albeit slowly, while walking on a footpath.
Betty Clough was walking along Masters Ave, when she was bumped by a car driving out of the Hillcrest Healthcare parking lot. The carpark is one way in and one way out.
