Normally $65 for 30 minutes, during level 3 we are offering these services for $40.

Comfortable unfurnished bedroom available in a tidy 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom home in a quiet Nawton cul-de-sac. Brand new carpet (laid 17 Feb 2026). The home has a heat pump for year round comfort.
You’ll be sharing with a friendly older lady, one male boarder, and well-loved cats. The house is smoke free, backs onto a large park, has a bus stop nearby, and offers off street parking.
The bathroom is shared with just one other person.
This home would best suit a working, mature person who is honest, reliable, respectful, and reasonably sociable. It’s a friendly household, but everyone also values their own privacy and quiet time.
Rent is $230 per week and includes:
• Electricity
• Unlimited fibre internet
• Use of washing machine and dryer
• Use of lounge and TV
• Your own fridge/freezer
Food is not included (buy and cook your own).
Bond: 1–2 weeks. References may be requested. Police check may be requested.

Scam Alert: Bank cold calls
ASB is warning customers about reports of cold calls from scammers claiming to be from ASB. These scammers are trying to obtain personal information, including usernames, dates of birth, and verification codes sent to your mobile phone.
🛡️ The "Caller Check" Test
If you get a call from someone claiming to be from ASB and you’re unsure, just ask them for a Caller Check. You will then be able to verify the call through the app.
Remember, banks will:
❌ Never ask for your banking passwords, PINs, or verification codes
❌ Never need to know your full credit card number – especially the CVC
❌ Never ask you to download software or remotely access your device
❌ Never ask you to purchase gift cards or transfer funds.
