Six week detour on State Highway 1
Motorists leaving Hamilton on SH1 will be facing a detour in place for up to six weeks on Cambridge Road.
From October 1 traffic will be diverted down the Tamahere Interchange south-bound off-ramp, through the Tauwhare Road roundabout and up the south-bound on-ramp. Commuters should expect delays at peak traffic times and a detour for cyclists is in place via Newell Road.
