Hi neighbours,
Former Afghan interpreters in New Zealand are struggling to cope with the after-effects of war.
While nightmares and panic attacks keep some from sleeping, others rely on alcohol to put themselves to sleep.
These former Afghan interpreters, awarded medals for serving with Kiwi troops, are desperate for support, but they don't qualify as Kiwi veterans and can therefore not access funded counselling and medicines.

I thought that I might post one of my recent comic strips here.

Hi , I have just read the 'Sponsored Post' from BusIt about the upgraded service from Huntly ( and Te Kauwhata , etc ) -- good on you guys .
I assume the one trip a day through to Pukekohe still applies too ? It looks like we can't ask questions on your post , or message you , hence why I am asking here .
Also , are you legally allowed to extend this service , for example to Papakura ?
There is apparently 150 people a day who would use such a service ( probably more , as BusIt would presumably be cheaper than $30plus each way ? ) .
You never know -- they may even give you $120 million to get this service going too !
