Now is the chance to push for 1 'free' bag/week, additional bags would then require a sticker, saving a whole lot of hassle for nearly everyone. I have created a poll on the Ngaruawahia Noticeboard Facebook page. Currently 335 people have signalled that they prefer to have the first bag 'free'. 13 people liked the current sticker system. If you have a Facebook page for your location, perhaps you would like to create a poll for your neighbours and copy in your local Councillor. By the way, an additional 172 people would like to see wheelie bins supplied rather than using the black plastic bags.
