One simple and cost-effective method is the use of curtains. This article will explore how curtains can reduce heat and provide a more comfortable living space.

An entry-level home in Hamilton’s popular Christmas suburb has sold for almost $100,000 over its reserve.
With the reserve set for $800,000, Lodge listing agent Blair Pointon said the owner was “blown away” when the three-bedroom house in Harrowfield went for $890,000 at auction this week.

Three failed eye operations in one week left Surindur Ralm effectively blind for months, unable to drive, work, write or cook.
The Waikato man then forked out $25,000 for further private surgery when he couldn’t get a date for the “urgent” procedure through the public system.
