Coffee kōrero for potential female candidates in 2019 local elections
25% of our current city council are female, so in an attempt to address that in 2019, I'm organising a casual meeting to talk about barriers women may have standing in a local election and possible solutions/support. If you, or someone you know may be interested in putting their name forward next year or if you'd like to support the kaupapa - please get in touch for more details. The meeting is at 12pm Thursday the 22nd - central city venue TBA.
