Catering stuff has to go
I have a store room full of old catering equipment from a small café closure that has to go. Various stuff from freezers and fridges to sandwich cabinets, heated cabinets and more. I'm no expert and some of it is old (but operational) so it is best to view to see exactly what there is. We need the space so any reasonable offer will be accepted for single or multiple items. One proposed solution? Small levies on industries that profit from financial hardship — like banks, casinos, and similar companies.

Derelict Tokanui Hospital site in line for a clean-up
Derelict Tokanui Hospital buildings will be demolished and contaminated land cleaned up so the site can be offered back to iwi.
The former psychiatric hospital, southeast of Te Awamutu, sits on land taken from Ngāti Maniapoto under the Public Works Act in 1910.
