A loved gut works overtime for you. An effective, or what we like to call a ‘loved’, gut environment will work for you 24 hours a day. And love every minute of it! On the other hand, an ineffective gut, one that carries too much undisposed waste and plaque, or is populated with too many toxins and bad bacteria, can be sluggish and not at all good at its job.

Derelict Tokanui Hospital site in line for a clean-up

Derelict Tokanui Hospital buildings will be demolished and contaminated land cleaned up so the site can be offered back to iwi.

The former psychiatric hospital, southeast of Te Awamutu, sits on land taken from Ngāti Maniapoto under the Public Works Act in 1910.
