Gym Membership for sale

Kim from Forest Lake

Is anyone interested in taking over my gym membership? There is 4 months left of the contract at $14.50 per week. They do not offer this low rate to new members anymore. There is a one off payment for a 24/7 key of $49. The showers are great with private bathrooms. The gym equipment is great for people like me who are not so long limbed. Easily adjustable equipment to your height. Includes access to all Anytime Fitness Centres in Hamilton (Avalon Drive, City Centre & Rototuna) and all over NZ, handy when holidaying. If you have any questions you can email, txt or phone me on 021 0297 8004. When 4 month contract has ended you can cancel membership free of charge or carry on with the same payments.
Cheers

Wild weather in the Waikato

The Team from Neighbourly.co.nz

The Waikato really copped it over the weekend, with wild weather leaving a hefty clean-up bill that may run into the millions.

While things are looking calmer in the days ahead, there are still plenty of slips and flooded roads across the district — so if you’re heading out, take it easy and stay alert.

We want to know: How did you and your whānau get on over the weekend?

Libby Totton Reporter from Waikato Times

Poll: Should the government levy industries that contribute to financial hardship?

The Team from Neighbourly.co.nz

As reported in the Post, there’s a $30 million funding gap in financial mentoring. This has led to services closing and mentors stepping in unpaid just to keep helping people in need 🪙💰🪙

One proposed solution? Small levies on industries that profit from financial hardship — like banks, casinos, and similar companies.

So we want to hear what you think:
Should the government ask these industries to contribute?
