Waikato rents up nearly 10%

Morning everyone,

Tenants are feeling the pinch - new figures show Waikato rents have surged in the past year.

Median rental prices jumped by 9.7 per cent to $395 in April 2017 compared with the same month last year.

If you've been lumped with a significant rent increase lately then we'd like to hear your story.
