I already have some people interested but want more to enjoy this time. This is not about weight loss, unless you want it to be. This is not about fitness, unless you want it to be. It’s about enjoying the moment with others who have the same interests in music or dancing or even other interests. We are also collecting donations of non-perishable items for Manchester House Social Services food bank, please bring along something to help those less fortunate in our community.
