They want a sale and have instructed us to present all offers.
Beginning life as a renowned restaurant and currently operating very successfully as boutique accommodation, The Peppertree works very well as a function centre and would also make a superb cellar door. Located with State Highway frontage close to Blenheim and situated on the soon to open Picton to Kaikoura cycleway, it is ideally positioned to cash in on Marlborough’s growing tourism industry.
Each of the five beautifully appointed suites has been subtly themed, providing individual charm as well as comfort. The heart of the home is a spacious, recently renovated farmhouse kitchen enjoying garden and orchard views. A large wood burner with wetback and solar heats the water for a series of radiators around the house, ensuring warmth year-round.
Encompassing four hectares and featuring organically managed vineyard and gardens, fruit trees, berry patches, olives and grazing for sheep, cattle, and horses, The Peppertree is close to being self-sufficient. The extra land also offers an opportunity for future expansion and development.
The rateable value for land and improvements is $1,520,000.
All offers requested to be received by 4 pm Wednesday 27 November 2019.
For more information or an appointment to view, please contact Michal or Tim.

Halloween is fast approaching. Some Kiwis think it's great fun and go all out with decorations and lollies. Others just want to shut their doors and be left alone, leave it to the Americans.
Do you celebrate Halloween at your house? Why or why not?
And If you don't like trick or treating, how do you make it clear your house is a no-go zone?
We're keen to talk to some people who feel strongly about Halloween one way or the other. If you have thoughts to share, please email homed@stuff.co.nz and we'll be in touch.

Striking will include both full and partial withdrawal of labour and is scheduled to take place from Tuesday 29 th October to Monday 4 th November. It will not affect ultrasound services.
Wairarapa District Health Board has detailed plans in place to ensure it can continue to provide the best possible care for the Wairarapa community during the strikes.
A small number of imaging staff will provide a limited service for patients to meet urgent need. X- rays for acute emergency and ward inpatients, and acute GP referrals will be available.
“We have skeleton-staff rosters in place to manage any urgent need during the strikes,” Chief Medical Officer, Shawn Sturland said.
“Together with the union we are organising on call cover for urgent CT scanning, as per life preserving services requirements.”
“Patient appointments have had to be rescheduled,” Shawn said. “While it is unavoidable, we know this is extremely inconvenient for people waiting, and we do apologise for that.”
“Some elective surgeries have also been rescheduled.”
“We are doing all we can to minimise the impact of the strikes on our patients,” he said.
“Strike activity puts people and systems under pressure and we are grateful for the hard work being put in by the planning team, and for the continued support of our staff.”
