Demanding customers wanting haircuts — and wanting them now — has prompted a salon owner to speak out about poor behaviour.
Laura Procter is working 12-hour days but her phone is going non-stop with constant requests for bookings.
That was unlikely as the owner of Bad Hair is fully booked-up until late June.
