Serial tyre slasher at large around Dunedin
Police are investigating the slashing of nine vehicles around Dunedin. Six of the vehicles were in Mosgiel, including Stirling, Severn and Thames Sts, with "one tyre or all of the tyres", targeted, Senior Sergeant Trevor Thomson, of Dunedin, said.
Two vehicles were also targeted in Green Island, Centennial Ave and Waldron Crescent. Another vehicle was slashed on Mulford St, in the suburb of Burnside.
