Dunedin's 13 mayoral hopefuls have given their pitches to the city's Scarfies – many of whom are voting in a local body election for the first time.
Candidates eyeing the mayoral chains to be relinquished by outgoing mayor Dave Cull, faced their first major test at the Otago University common room on Thursday.
