We invite you to share a memory or photo to commemorate this special day on Neighbourly below. It could be a story of a member in your family who served - or perhaps the way you and your family celebrate ANZAC Day each year. Dunedin Railways Ltd is closing for the forseeable future with the likely loss of 51 jobs.

Chairman Kevin Winders said the track and equipment would be mothballed as the effects of Covid-19 on tourism compounded the company's existing financial challenges.
It was not being closed permanently but trains would be parked up indefinitely, effectively going into hibernation, he said.

Chuck in some taste-breakers, one-hit wonders or some good old Kiwi classics - it really doesn’t matter. So if you’re running out of ideas on things to do, why not a dance party?
