On February 1, 2023, peacefully with family at his side, aged 75 years. Dearly loved husband of Gloria for 49 years, and a much-loved father and father-in-law of Fleur and Blair. After a ferocious battle, Jim passed away peacefully at Calvary Rest Home, Invercargill, on Thursday, February 2, 2023. Aged 82 years. Beloved husband of the late Margaret. On Wednesday, 1 February 2023, at Parkwood Hospital Care, Waikanae, Pauline passed peacefully in the arms of caring staff after succumbing to a weakened heart and Covid. Pauline had recently celebrated her 96th birthday. Beloved wife of the late Clinton Earp-Jones. Cherished mother and mother-in-law of Caroline, Loraine, Gillian and Harrie, Patricia and the late Tony, Alec and Sha, Ivor and the late Kim, and much loved by her 11 grandchildren and 12 great-grandchildren. Pauline was treasured by all who knew her, her sharp mind and strength will be sorely missed. A service to celebrate the life of Pauline will be held at Whenua Tapu Crematorium, Airlie Road, Pukerua Bay, on Wednesday, 8 February, at 1.00pm.
