Of Palmerston North. Passed away peacefully at MetLife Care Hospital. Loved daughter of the late John and Nancy Meehan. Loved twin sister of Nancy Angus. Loved cousin of Barbara and John. Loved by her dearest friends. A service for Liz will be held at The Lychway Chapel, 5 Roy Street, Palmerston North on Monday 27 March 2023 at 11.00am. Many thanks to all the compassionate, loving staff who took care of Liz at MetLife Care and Arohanui Hospice.

On March 15, 2023, peacefully at Windsorcare Rest Home. Loved wife of the late Don Orr. Dearly loved Mum of Karen and Stephen Walles. A much loved Nana, mother-in-law, cousin, Aunt and friend.
Lyn was a lovely lady who will be greatly missed.
In accordance with Lyn’s wishes, a private cremation has been held.

Passed away peacefully on 21 March 2023, in her 96th year. Dearly loved wife of the late Ernie. Much loved mother and mother-in-law of Lesley & Ken, John & Lisa, Martin & Ivy. Treasured Grandma of Tom, Liam, Brianna, Josie and Josh. Thank you to the staff of Hilda Ross for their care of Val over many years. Funeral details to follow at a later date.

Peacefully at Elloughton Gardens, on Saturday, March 11, 2023, aged 87 years. Dearly loved wife of the late Mervyn, loved mother and mother-in-law of John and Erica, loved grandmother of Brendan and Rebecca, Cameron and Ebony, and Andrew, and great-grandmother of Aubrey. A loved sister and sister-in-law of the late Les and Margaret Haugh, Mary and the late Graeme Haugh, the late Edna and Peter Quigley, Bruce and Yvonne Gray, Shona and Bill Weir, and loved aunty of all her nieces and nephews. Passed away peacefully surrounded by his family, on Wednesday, March 22, 2023, at Hospice South Canterbury; in his 85th year. Walter was a dearly loved husband of Heather and a loving father and father-in-law of James and Jan, Andrew and Alma, Rowena and Sam, Duncan and Candice, and a cherished grandfather.Son of Inglis and Eileen (both dec), and brother and brother-in-law of Marion (dec), and Keith, Mervyn and Margaret, Alma, and Len (dec). Loved brother-in-law of Margaret and Gerry, Shona and Tony (dec). Heartfelt thanks to our friends and family for their love and support, and a special thanks to Hospice South Canterbury and Presbyterian Support for their amazing care of Walter.
