HUME, Walter Graham

Passed away peacefully surrounded by his family, on Wednesday, March 22, 2023, at Hospice South Canterbury; in his 85th year. Walter was a dearly loved husband of Heather and a loving father and father-in-law of James and Jan, Andrew and Alma, Rowena and Sam, Duncan and Candice, and a cherished grandfather.Son of Inglis and Eileen (both dec), and brother and brother-in-law of Marion (dec), and Keith, Mervyn and Margaret, Alma, and Len (dec). Loved brother-in-law of Margaret and Gerry, Shona and Tony (dec). Heartfelt thanks to our friends and family for their love and support, and a special thanks to Hospice South Canterbury and Presbyterian Support for their amazing care of Walter. A service to celebrate Walter’s life will be held at Aoraki Funeral Services Chapel, 160 Mountain View Road, Timaru, on Sunday, March 26, 2023 at 2.00pm.
