NAITORO, Kawiti Aliki Harisimae

On April 8, 2023, passed away in Christchurch, at the age of 29 years. Cherished husband of Jesse. Dearly loved son of Gillian Gray, and Eric Naitoro. Brother and best friend of Chantelle and Sophia. Treasured grandson of Ann (Nano) (deceased) and Neil, Michael and Theresa (deceased) (Solomon Islands) and Mike. Nephew and cousin of Siobhan and Simon Elvidge, Finn, Connor and Hannah. Kawiti will also be remembered and cherished by his family in the Solomon Islands, the United States and around the world. He will forever be in the hearts of all the lives he touched. WEBSTER, Jacinth Mildred

Passed away peacefully on 11 April 2023, after a long illness, at North Shore Hospital, aged 85. Much loved wife of the late David. Treasured mother of Melissa, mother-in-law of Simon, and Grandma of Isaac and Esther. Loved sister of Elizabeth and Bill, and a special aunt to Stuart, Philippa, Angus, and Danielle. Passed away peacefully at Summerset on Cavendish on Thursday, April 6, 2023, aged 93 years. Dearly loved daughter of the late Francis and Alice Coles of Dunsandel. Loved sister of the late Ivy, and John. Much loved friend of Betty and many others. Special thanks to the caring staff of Summerset Cavendish. Passed away peacefully at Cambridge Oakdale on Wednesday 5 April 2023, aged 92 years. Much loved and loving husband of the late Sheila Chamberlain. Emeritus Professor in the Department of Humanities & Social Sciences at University College, San Francisco, California, USA. Judith died peacefully, surrounded by friends and NZ family, at Kaiser Medical Centre, San Francisco, after suffering a stroke. Judith, beloved wife of recently deceased Linda S. Mitteness was the daughter of Margaret & Leslie Barker (dec) of Petone, New Zealand. She is survived by her brother, Peter Barker, and his wife Jane McCann, their children David, Amy & her husband Ian Fay and their children Adam, Sophie and Lexi. On April 9, 2023, passed away very suddenly at her home, with her daughter Paris by her side, aged 44 years. To the end, a devoted and loving husband to the late Helen. A very much loved father and father-in-law of Michael and Cheryl Laws, Diane and Bruce Gray, and Sue and Craig Carran. And adored grandfather of Cameron, Rebecca, Sam, Oliver, Lucy, Zoe and Theo. Keith was an educator to generations of boys from Wairoa College, Wanganui Boys College and Hamilton Boys High. He was Rector of Waitaki Boys High and the Principal of Scots College, Wellington. The family wish to send their sincere thanks to all the staff at Logan Campbell Retirement Village who cared for Keith so well in his final years. On Sunday morning, April 9, 2023, Therese passed surrounded by love and laughter at home in her happy place. Beloved mother of Deborah, Shane, Dean, Michelle, Kerry, Karl, and their loving partners. Nana and Great-Nana who now has her well earnt wings. She is now wrapped in the arms of her loved ones above. Rest in love our beautiful shining light. Loved all and by all.
