Balance, Strength, Posture, Flexibility, Relaxation, Calmness, Joy & Well-being

Qigong is the foundation to Tai Chi. It is relatively simpler than Tai Chi and has more healing than Tai Chi.
Qigong includes dynamic and static forms.
Zhineng Qigong emphasises a moving meditation rather than static meditation. It uses the consciousness, body, breath, sound vibrations and the universal Qi (energy) to initiate positive transformation within the body, mind and spirit.

Regular practice can improve your health, immune system, spine, pelvic floor muscles, core strength, serenity, relaxation and inner joy.

Beginners classes start from the 24th Wed and 25th Thu of July (school term).

Everyday Kiwi kids are faced with obstacles that can be hard to overcome. All Tamariki deserve the chance to have a great future – sometimes all they need is a helping hand and guidance along the way.

That’s what the Graeme Dingle Foundation does. Our programmes help young people thrive, develop confidence in who they are to make the most of their precious lives and become positive contributors to our communities.

We are proud to be the official charity of New Zealand Rugby.

Together we’re showing Kiwi Kids that what they have inside is greater than any obstacle.

Was playing around on my computer and this thing from supposedly microsoft saying my computer had been blocked because of suspicious activity. I tried to get rid of it and nothing happened and then rang the number but after giving my name and phone number I became suspicious especially when they wanted details of my computer and hung up and said I would ring my own computer person. After that I managed to get back into my computer. I am thinking this is a scam
