Free classes this week only for first time attendees of my classes when responding to this Neighbourly advert.
The aim of the class is to stimulate your cognitive brain ability and co-ordinate movement to rhythm, beats and popular songs.
The purpose to build on social bonding and connectivity with others in your community.
The benefits, increased mood, clearer thinking more positive mindset and the ability to make better decisions as well as better balance, hand, eye and co-ordination skills.
Classes this week are
All Souls Church Merivale 1.30pm Monday 17th of November
Bromley Community Centre 9.10am Tuesday the 18th of November
Cashmere Social Club 10.10am Wednesday the 19th of November.
All levels of abilities catered for welcome age 18 to 98

Water Leak

The Environmental Protection Authority announced this week that a proposed mine in Central Otago (near Cromwell) is about to enter its fast-track assessment process. A final decision could come within six months, and if it’s approved, construction might start as early as mid-2026.

We want to know: Should mining projects like this move ahead?
