Culture Galore is an annual event at Ray Blank Park celebrating Christchurch’s diverse ethnic culture in a family atmosphere.
There will be stage performances, activities and a range of food stalls. Event entry and activities are free . As well as all this fabulous entertainment , 2 of our wonderful volunteers will be there manning the CAB stall so why not say hello. If you are looking to get into volunteer then look no further ! We are currently recruiting for volunteers for our North and City Branches. As reported in the Post, there’s a $30 million funding gap in financial mentoring. This has led to services closing and mentors stepping in unpaid just to keep helping people in need 🪙💰🪙
One proposed solution? Small levies on industries that profit from financial hardship — like banks, casinos, and similar companies.
