Watch out for your colleagues the same way you would like to be cared for. Are there signs of fatigue? Are they o.k.? Check in and then get to work, not vice versa. When we genuinely care for others, it feels like a celebration. Start the movement if not already in place and make a difference. It IS in our power to decide to change the culture in our immediate circles of trust. Then watch its multiplying effect.
