"Serial Christchurch child offender Margaret Dodds loiters outside Thorrington School" - www.stuff.co.nz... - adds to the usual sightings opposite Cashmere Playground. Families will be concerned to be watchful that safe distance is maintained. No question. So could a community-based program, of regular neighbourhood engagement with Margaret, help steer her on a more respectful and productive course? If anyone can volunteer time or counselling expertise please let us know. Kia ora
