1-Day Electronic items BEWARE
A NZ business that trades as 1-Day.co.nz regularly offers parallel imported electronic items. I purchased a refurbished smart phone from them that was advertised as having been technician checked and with 1 year warranty. Sadly it had several problems straight out of the box. I sent it back and warranty was declined as the glass rear cover had cracked. They couriered it back to me unrepaired and advised it would be $80 to replace the cover. I contacted them and asked if I accepted that quote would they fix the other faults. After almost 2 weeks I have not had a reply. Check out other similar reviews on Sitejabber.com. Poll: Do you think banning gang patches is reasonable?
With the government cracking down on gangs, it is now illegal for gang members to display their insignia in public places whether through clothing or their property.
This means arrests can be made if these patches are worn in places like restaurants, shops, on public transport or ferries, and on airplanes. Arrests were made recently at a funeral.
