Just one blood, plasma or platelet donation can make a life-saving difference to the lives of many. Whether you’re a first-time donor or a regular, every donation counts! ❤️

New Zealand is currently short on donors, and to keep up with demand, is having to import blood products from overseas. So, if you can spare an hour (or slightly more) a few times a year, you’d be giving a priceless gift to those in need right here at home.

Let's support each other and those in need - you never know when a loved one may need it.

And remember our Emergency Cards and Tags have space to record your blood type, helping first responders act fast when it matters most!
