Spring Challenge
Hello neighbours, I am running a 6-week Spring Challenge to "Get Trim and Stay Trim" the cost includes 3 workouts, a shopping list, easy-to-do yummy recipes, weekly Zoom Q&A, and a chat page for the group, I will also send down daily motivational tips and a little journaling as we aim to change deep beliefs so that you can achieve your goal. It can be done online or in person.
