Biketober Christchurch 2018 is nearly here!

Glen Koorey from Cycling in Christchurch

It's now less than two weeks before Biketober returns to Christchurch, with a month-long festival of rides, community/social events, maintenance workshops, a bike expo weekend, and much more. Last year more than 60 events crammed the calendar and 2018 promises to be just as tantalising!

Check out the Biketober website (www.biketober.nz...) for the full programme of activities. This includes the "Pedal into Spring" extravaganza of 12 central city rides to choose from on Oct 6th, and the return of the NZ Bike Expo on Oct 13-14th. Pick up a Biketober Passport and bike to 40 different retail destinations for discounts, special deals and the chance to win great prizes at the end of the month.

Whether you're a regular commuter, hard-core MTBer/roadie, recreational rider with the family, or maybe just thinking about getting into biking, Biketober has something for everyone! So check out the programme and mark a few things on your calendar...
