Hi there, have just had a call from EQC telling me they will not fix my house and are going to pay me out. The so called builders who did the work on the house didi not do all that was on the scope, eg 10 piles to be packed and jacked spouting to be fixed. My understanding is that your house was to be returned to the status it was before the earthquakes which mine is certainly not. Yes I am insured.
