My elderly neighbour has had his licence suspended, he has multiple strokes, he can't even leave the driveway without backing into the fence. The Police say to call them when I see him go out, but I work, so don't always see it. Before the weather turns too bad, I think he needs to be off the roads, so please ring the Police if you see his car about. White Nissan Pulser, AGL406
