No80 Bus stop is next to the driveway , to Lincoln university and Town center . 10-15 minutes Walking to Riccarton mall.
This house will be available from 13th, June.

If anyone is interested to rent the whole house , 1 year lease contract, 600/week. If the contract can be signed earlier and lease started exactly from 14th, June. The rent will be 580/week .
