Flatmate Wanted
Hi everyone. My boyfriend who is in his late 50s, is looking for a flatmate. He lives a block away from Burwood hospital so may suit someone working there. Young, older, male, female, I don't think he has a preference but be aware it is NOT a party house. No smokers, no pets (he has 2 cats of his own) Rent is $150 pw which includes internet, power is extra(buy your own food). There are 2 rooms which if you wanted them both, would be $200. There is also room for another fridge in the kitchen. Available from Monday 16th August. PM your details and phone number and I'll pass on to him.
