Flatmate Wanted
Hi everyone. My boyfriend who is in his late 50s, is looking for a flatmate. He lives a block away from Burwood hospital so may suit someone working there. Young, older, male, female, I don't think he has a preference but be aware it is NOT a party house. No smokers, no pets (he has 2 cats of his own) Rent is $150 pw which includes internet, power is extra(buy your own food). There are 2 rooms which if you wanted them both, would be $200. One proposed solution? Small levies on industries that profit from financial hardship — like banks, casinos, and similar companies.

People need to be careful when purchasing firewood,we just had the worst experience with a guy,as he ended up bringing what he owed tonight,4 days later and hardly any communication and a lot of promises.It was very disrespectful.will be weary from now on that's for sure
